Terms of Use
Last updated September 2026
Your Account
Enroll under your own legal name and complete the course yourself. One account per person. Don’t share your login. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
Course Materials
The course content, videos, quizzes, and reference materials belong to Caprock Legal Education. They’re licensed to you for your own use in completing the course. You may keep anything marked as downloadable for your own reference. You may not copy, share, resell, or republish them.
Quiz Integrity
Don’t record, copy, or share quiz questions. It undermines the course for everyone else.
When We Can Close an Account
Sharing an account, completing a course for someone else, getting around the participation-time requirements, or distributing quiz content can result in cancellation without a refund.
Education, Not Legal Advice
These courses teach the rules. They are not legal advice and don’t create an attorney-client relationship. You remain responsible for your own compliance and for the accuracy of every document you file.
Approval
Each course is offered only after approval by the Judicial Branch Certification Commission. We can’t guarantee any particular result in your certification, renewal, or any Commission matter.
Changes to Courses
We update courses when the rules change. Your certificate reflects the version of the course you completed.
