Texas Process Server Orientation

Everything a new server needs, from the first knock on the door to filing the return, with demonstrations of the situations you’ll face in your first month.

This course is one requirement for certification. You’ll still apply to the Judicial Branch Certification Commission separately.

  • Delivering papers in person, handling refusals, and knowing when you’re close enough to count
  • Confirming you have the right person before you hand anything over
  • Following a court order for substituted service exactly as written
  • Serving businesses, registered agents, and government offices
  • Filling out a return of service, one required item at a time
